José Núñez is a retired researcher of University of Florida’s Whitney Laboratory for Marine Bioscience, Florida Master Naturalist instructor, and developed the MatBio iNaturalist initiative for interactive community science. During his research career, José’s fields include aquatic ecology, aquatic toxicology, cancer research, aquaculture, and developmental biology of fresh and saltwater fish, shrimp, and bivalves.
Kevin Lang is a licensed Esthetician, horticulturist, aromatherapist and master herbalist. Kevin’s wide range of knowledge from chemistry to horticulture, combined with her extensive practical experience, give her an in-depth holistic approach to caring for our ecosystem and willingness to help others understand our planet Earth.
